1: Knowledge about your clients situation, study the asset and come up with an array of comprehensive solutions.
2:Establish as many lines of communication as possible. Ie. phone numbers, email, website social media.
3:This is key , Be responsive and accurate in your information distribution.
4: Find out concerns or questions throughout this process.
5: Be human and yourself , make sure your genuine. It’s hard to keep up a facade.
6: If you set a follow up date and time , be professional and adhere to it as much as humanly possible.
7: Make sure you have notation about your contact.
8: Use those notes to relate to your clients’ circumstances.
9: Have the answers for your client before they have the questions.
10: Fight for your client and show them that you are doing so . Belive in their assets as much as them realistically though. In doing so , the hard reality of valuation will be better received.
